  • Yes I am so in! I would love to be down more than 20 by christmas but if I lost at least 20 by then things would be good. Current Weight - 188.8 GW by 12/25 - 165 Ultimate GW - 150 Fitness Goals - Current 5k time is around 25-27min, I would like to get it under 20min NSV - Be able to put on pants in the single digits!
