depends on your body, I excercise at 5 in the morning during the week, i do not eat before, because if i did when i do not work out, my body would wake me up wanting food.

see if there is a jazzercise in your area, it is like having a personal trainer without the cost, let them know your condition and they will modifiey all the routines, and you will still get a work out.

my daugher is in her late 20's and is a perfect size 4, I am not. she is preparing thanksgiving dinner, and i asked her if we needed pies, she said she did not care she did not eat that sh**, I think i will , so the moral of the story? lol
