  • Egg muffins! I make mine in a metal muffin pan. Add whatever veggies you like, a bit of cheese, some meat and beaten eggs. I use 7 eggs to make 9 muffins and they are 99 calories a muffin. No gluten, high in protein, very filling and they keep for about a week in the fridge.
  • I'm from the UK ..but live in the states. I was testing out the barcode scanner and was really impressed it recognised my Marmite jar I brought over from home. Does it not have many British foods in its system then?

I make it with almond milk and a small amount of Greek yogurt, banana, ground flaxseed and a dash of PB.
