You could try overnight oatmeal. Just make it at night and enjoy it in the morning.

I would say 30 minutes of jogging/ running for 6 days a week is too much cardio. Make your workouts a little more diverse. Mine had stalled for 5 months. I increased my calorie intake by 200 calories and started eating raw veggies like celery, cucumber, carrots and tomatoes every day. That did it for me and I have me losing weight since then.

I am on level 3 day 2 of the 30 day shred but instead of doing each level for 10 days, I am doing each level for 20 days so that I can master all the exercises in the workout. Some of them are reallllly intense. On MFP I enter the workout as Circuit Training.
