-Trail mix! I was surprised to find that a serving is only 3 tablespoons. Most people I see eating it consume like 5 times that amount. -White Rice. I once ate over 600 calories in rice for dinner. I had no idea it was so calorie dense. -Corned Beef Hash. I'll probably never eat it again unless I'm splurging.

I buy a large bar of dark chocolate and eat a square of it when I get a chocolate craving OR, I have Lindt Lindor Truffles around, which are around 74 calories a piece!

24 pounds in 2 months is INCREDIBLE. I've lost 23 pounds so far and I started halfway through June! Keep your head up because you ARE doing excellent.

I don't know of any recipes for low cal homemade bread, but I eat Schwebels Smart Lite Wheat Bread. It's only 35 calories a slice!

Today begins Week 9 for me (I fell a little behind when I became sick.) If you're an aspiring runner, this program is definitely for you! Week 1 I could BARELY run 1/10th of a mile. Now I'm running over 2 miles at one time. If I can do it, anyone can do it. Good luck and I hope you love the program is much as I have!

All I can say is, NOW I WANT CHEESE. I agree, cheese is delicious. If you enjoy eating it, eat it! If it fits into your macros, don't worry about it! I have ice cream almost every night. No shame! I make sure it fits into my macros, because I love it.
