Oh my gosh! You look incredible! You look entirely different! Congrats!

Try it out and see how it feels. It may take a while to get used to, but if you need to be structured, I think your schedule looks great!

"I put it in my banana smoothie every morning. Makes me feel like Elvis." Hahahahahaha, I better try this stuff then!

I would say active. I was unsure about this also, so I just set mine as lightly active just in case. You're daily life is a lot more active than mine, so I'd go with active!

You are so inspiring! You WILL conquer this with the attitude you have. Along with the many other MFPers who have read this, I'll be praying for you. I can't wait until the doctor can say "Guess what, you no longer have cancer."

Wow! You look incredible! Great job!

I got to week six of Insanity and gave up. All because I was focusing too much on the scale. I didn't measure myself at all, but a friend had commented that my legs were looking small, and my clothes were fitting better. BUT, I had only lost five pounds and I had this mindset that I was going to lose a ton of weight with…

Hey! I've attempted 30DS before and got all the way up to Level 3 but didn't stick with it. I just restarted it and tomorrow is Day 4 for me. I'm part of a 30 Day Shred support group on facebook. I'll leave the link if you want to join. Good luck!…

Unfortunately, I had the same problem. I got to week six and had only lost five pounds. I was so discouraged that I gave up. I had thought that I was going to lose a ton of weight doing Insanity, so I was super upset when I didn't. It was a huge mistake to quit though because even though I wasn't losing big on the scale,…

I've had 30DS for a few years now. I have tried to get through it at least twice before but I got bored and lazy. I tried it on Sunday after not working out for a few months and Jillian kicked my butt! I took WAY too many breaks and I was sore for two days afterward! However, if my muscles are sore, that means it's…

:flowerforyou: Well said!

I need some people to help motivate me and hold me accountable also. Anyone can feel free to add me!

In 2011 I was down to my lowest weight after losing around thirty pounds. I fell into a depression though and have gained around 70 pounds in total since then. I have been trying off an on these past two years with no success, since I get discouraged very easily. I am hoping that I will stay dedicated this time around.

I'm going on vacation in December.

It's honestly more realistic for me to go by inches. The majority of the time, if I don't see a change in the scale I end up giving up. I CANNOT give up this time. I chose fifty pounds because I thought I looked pretty good in the 150s. The smallest my waist ever was was 34 and now it is around 39. What would a good goal…

Mamadon, how'd you do it?

I am currently considered "plus sized", as much as I hate to say it. When I was thin I had more of an athletic shape and I wasn't very curvy. But as I gained weight I naturally became curvier. However, I do have a best friend who is not plus sized at all but curvy. I understand and agree with what the OP is saying. There…

On average, how much do the HRM with chest straps cost and where could I get one?
-
No, it doesn't have a chest strap. It looks like a watch.

I used to track my sugar but decided to stop. Sometimes I would be over my sugar before lunch if I ate a breakfast bar and some fruit. The thing about MFP is that they don't differentiate between natural sugars (like from fruit) and added sugars (like from baked goods, candy, etc.) It was discouraging when I ate healthier…

I own 3 pound dumbbells, 5 pound dumbbells, and a resistance band.

I have the same issue. My mom made brownies on Friday and there are Cheez Its in the house. Needless to say, I want over my calories every day this weekend.
-
I completely agree with your post! My problem isn't Doritos though. I absolutely love sweets. And it's funny that you mentioned how people say "I can't control myself around sweets," because I used to say that all the time. But it isn't true. I've lost weight in the past and had amazing self control (except with chocolate…

I use hot sauce. Just don't put TOO much on. I've made that mistake many times before.

This is my second day eating at 1200 calories per day. Before I was eating 1430 calories per day. All I know is that I am so hungry right now! I pray my body will get used to this. Major congrats on your weight loss! That is so awesome!

Well said!

Today for an afternoon snack I had a Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry and Banana yogurt for 80 calories, and a Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownie for 90 calories. Yum!
-
Wow, you look awesome! And you are so pretty!

First off, I love your confidence! It's so important to love yourself. I deal with getting discouraged easily, also. If I didn't see the loss that I wanted or I didn't lose anything at all, then I would give up. But, every time I quit, I gained more and more weight. Now I'm at the point where when I step on the scale and…

Woohoo! You hit your goal! That's is amazing! You should be so proud of yourself. You deserve this! Thank you for being such an inspiration!
