I am having the same problem. I start and then a week later, I quit logging and before you know it, I am snacking and eating whatever I want. But I refuse to give up! I agree with baby steps. Just log everything today. Then do it again tomorrow. If you miss a day - start again the next day. One day at a time. BUT don't…
