Hey Tenn, I am experiencing the same thing. I would increase your protein and lower your carbs. Protein really helps with hunger pains. Because I work 2 jobs, I don't have alot of time to exercise. I try to walk the dog every night. Last night I picked it up a couple of notches and was almost at a trot. I ended up dragging the dog the last 3 blocks home.....lol:bigsmile:
