I have over 6 pages of Frequent Foods!!!! Many are dups and I can not clean up my lists!!! This is really bothersome because I have to go through several pages before I can find the food I want. This should be an easy fix for FMP. Many people have complained, Why haven't they fixed the problem!!!!!!????

Nope... I"ve got a track phone... pay as you go.... I only use it in an emergency or if I really need to get a hold of someone when I'm not home. I can text on it, but don't. very cheap way to go if you're not glued to the hip to everyone with a cell phone!! Some people have given up their land lines and use their cells…

My Mom and Dad were walking in central Indiana during the winter when they were in their 60's. They used face masks, "bunny suits" and good winter boots. They really enjoyed it.

I'm new at this, too. From what I can tell it's more of a chat topic for motivation. Which is great for us that haven't excersied in a "few" years!!! I'm starting slow... I'm going to try for 40 miles this month. Did 2 miles this morning. Good luck in you're walking!!!
