I usually eat Activia yogurt and fruit. Sometimes an egg if I have boiled some on the weekend. You can also scramble an egg in the microwave in about 66 seconds.

My advice is to make small changes. It might not be good to give up everything you like all at once. That's very hard, and why we give up so quickly on healthy eating. Think of this as a lifetime eating plan - not a diet. Give yourself permission to have a desert - maybe once per week or once every two weeks - and count it…
