also try to mix up your workout, by now your body is used to the workout :yawn: , so try to do something that is difficult for you or something that you have never done. Try something new!! :smile:

Hey there! My calorie range is also 1200, and for me, (some one who is not used to regulating my portions) it is hard. I have found eating lots of healthy foods that do not have that many calories,gives me more food and makes it easy to stay under my calorie range. & Feel free to add me as a friend.

when I start to get hungry between meals I just look for a high in fiber snack and drink it with a cup of water or two. The fiber tells your stomach that it is full.

That it is ok not to eat sweets just because they are there, but to hold back and not regret eating them latter.

I thought that when I ate the seed of a watermelon that I would grow a watermelon plant inside of me. :)

I am growing a garden and you are right everything that comes out of it taste really really good. I'm currently growing zucini, tomatoes, wala wala sweet onions, bell peppers, and cantolpe.
