Thanks for the help. I usually don't log in my exercise until the end of the day. I try to stay at or below my calories before exercise. Exercise calories are just bonus.

Thanks guys.I will skip the video today and just walk.Then a hot bath. Tomorrow I will go back to the video and walk.

I drink 2 tsp. of Brags with one tsp. honey in 8 oz. warm water every night. I bruise less and have less stomach problem. I also drink it after I've been out in the heat for a long time or after a workout. It replenishes my electrolytes. I feel better afterwards.
