It's going...slowly now. I've reached another plateau. I just hope this one doesn't take two months for me to climb off of, like the last one did. But I can feel a difference when I'm running (oh, hey, I can breathe. That's exciting!), and my legs don't feel like they'll fall off. So I'll take it. :smile:

For me, it's about 4 o'clock. And I crave something sweet-a cookie, a brownie...I've started packing either a Kashi bar or a Pure bar in my lunch for snack time. It helps.
