I just really like food too much. I lost a bunch, and have maintained the loss for a long time now. I'm now actively trying to lose more, but once you hit a weight that is 'easy' to maintain while still eating whatever the hell you want (just in smaller portions), it's pretty rough to give that up.

Eat more and switch up whatever exercise routine you've got going on. Eat back exercise calories - especially at that small of a deficit.

I get this quite often. I just make a sarcastic comment like "I snort 4 lines of Sensa per day already, so I'll just put the crushed up B12 in there, thanks" or something similar. They'll usually try to give more advice/ask if you're serious and then you can just let them know you've got it under control, no advice…

Just about everyone has at least some. I gained my weight very quickly which caused stretch marks, so I feel your struggle. Honestly, they're not that big of a deal. Other people are unlikely to even take much notice to them. They may fade a little lighter over time, but overall they're here to stay.

Yes.

Every time I run, my neighborhood also listens to metal.

Band size changed, but otherwise I'm still the same. It's strange, because they got a lot bigger with weight gain so you would assume that they would go right back down with weight loss. I guess not.

To everybody discussing 5fdp - check out Motograter. Ian's project before 5fdp and so much better in my opinion. When I first heard 5fdp on the radio I thought it was Motograter toned down

Gojira and Slayer! Typically shows with headliners as large as those have seated areas which I just can't cope with. Sitting.. at a concert?
-
Oh man, so many good bands listed throughout this thread.

The gel doesn't work for me.. but it's cheap enough that it's worth trying for anybody who hasn't yet.

Except a piercing last a few seconds and is only done once.. much unlike ripping out hair every month or so. I don't think I could do it.
-
Even just thinking about a stranger ripping out my body hair hurts. Ouch.

Since you're already undereating on a regular basis, that wouldn't be a good idea at all. Enjoy your birthday. Even if you overeat, it doesn't take 1 day to gain serious weight. If anything, it may assist you in weight loss since your body is being so deprived on every other day. Besides, birthday calories don't exist.

Yup. It's all about calories in vs out. Working out is not required, but recommended for health reasons and to avoid the dreaded 'skinny fat'. You may lose weight and be thin, but you'd look much better with some muscle.

No.
-
Are you cleaning it regularly?
-
Metal/industrial usually, but it depends on my mood.

I agree that it can never replace peanut butter. It tastes AWFUL alone, on bread, etc. I also agree with the statement that it's good in shakes etc to add in some peanut-buttery deliciousness when necessary for less calories. But I'd still never eat the stuff off of a spoon.

Not many 'old' pictures exist, but here's the best I could conjure up. About 65lb difference between the two.
-
I always eat at night. And in the morning.. and whenever I'm hungry. Enjoy!

It's so interesting seeing everybody's different goals at the same height!
-
I think I just found a new fitness goal..

This is glorious.

Stuffing. I swear that stuff just gets better in the fridge.

^^ Nice first post on an old thread.

I just plan those late night snacks into my day since I know they're gonna happen anyway. I pre-log what I'm going to eat ahead of time.
-
I'm going to eat everything in sight and log nothing.
-
I still do the same. I feel like I've lost basically nothing until I see old pictures of myself and have to stop for a minute. Honestly, I'd suggest buying at least a few new pieces of clothing. Maybe two pairs of jeans, a few shirts etc. I find that most things I buy are good until I lose at least another 20lbs or so.…
-
This method is also effective. If you remember how many beers to log afterwards then you're not doing it right anyway.
