  • You can do it. Little goals are where I'm starting too.
  • Not sure if I am allowed to join your group bc I am not a Weight watchers gal. I just saw the serial starters part, and that sounds like me in every way.
  • I struggle with the same thing. If I give in to temptation then I manage to end up completely derailed. I am trying to get on track and figure out how to keep myself on track.
  • I think I needed to read this today. Help me find my motivation again.
  • I think that is my problem too. I get to making unhealthy choices bc of convenience after work. I do great at work then feel bad for picking easy options when I get home.
  • I have this same problem. I look in my mirror at home and think my goodness I look cute today, etc. But then we go out to a family function and one of my cousins or aunts will snap my picture and I think My God I'm huge! I have hated my picture being taken for years.
  • I love the reward board idea!!! I have goals of going to an amusement park for my first 25 pounds. I'm hoping to close the gap on that soon. I just started over and I am determined this time. That will be a great idea though to keep me motivated.
  • I think that would definitely help. Having someone see when I've had a bad day. It might help me stick to it even more bc we all have bad days. That way I might not just go overboard and quit again.
  • I am trying to get myself together. I need to work on my self control.
  • I sent you ladiesfriend requests.
  • Are there any other crazy bulldog moms on MFP???? Fattyliscious my English Bulldog says hi!!!
  • Lol. I am online dating ready then. I got the spring rolls and a little bit more. Guess that's why I'm on MFP.
  • Happily married.
  • I need motivation too. If anyone wants to add me so we can be friends and lose weight together. Please feel free. I have a long way to go but I need to do this for me!!!
  • I've started over and over again on mfp for the last 4 years. I really need to start doing it. My husband has stuck with it and lost 60 pounds. Myself I haven't stuck with it but I have managed to lose 10 pounds so far. I really need some ladies to help chat with and become friends to motivate each other.
  • I have a lot of weight to lose but I get started and don't stick to it. I have slowly lost a few pounds but I think I need some more friends to keep me motivated to stick with logging my food.
  • I have set some mini goals for myself yesterday. If I lose 25 pounds I will go to an amusement park. If I lose 50 I'm taking a trip to the zoo. I'm kicking some things off my bucket list as I lose.
  • Nope I've never really chatted with many people on here.
  • I hope you made it today. I'm trying to take it one day at a time myself. I get discouraged sometimes though.
  • Ok so I will admit I felt this way for a lonnng time. I was a serial dater I guess you could say. I dated guys and they would stick around for six months and then turn into complete jerks. I don't know why. I stayed with a controlling abuser for three years of my life, bc I was scared to leave. Then when I finally got up…
  • Lol! To all of us women who misunderstood the title. He said BIG men so of course I checked it out too. He wanted success stories though so I will say my fiance lost over a hundred pounds and it takes time and hard work to get that way. I myself am the slacker so that's why we came back to MFP. I do love the calorie…
  • you're just a tiger who has earned her stripes! wear it proudly hun! it looks great!
  • And don't give up! Persistence is key! Just because you don't see that scale moving very quickly or right away doesn't mean that you should give up. Just stick to it! Keep your head up and put one foot in front of the other and just walk a little more. The friends and support you will find on mfp is amazing!
  • LMAO! I sware this just happened to me the other day. I started slowly changing my eating habits about a year ago and started eating better. I joined MFP a few weeks ago, and I am loving the food tracker. It has helped me a lot lately. But I have always been the big girl at home and especially at work. All of my coworkers…
  • oh hydration is the key. I know I have to remind myself this all the time at work. It gets pretty hot in the warehouse I guess, but nowhere near as hot as in kuwait i would imagine.
  • peanut butter blast or oreo earthquake from DQ! Those are my faves!
  • Oh hun you should definitely keep your head up, because someday you will be that skinny sister. My sister has been doing the same thing to me lately saying how she is in a much smaller size than me. Well, karma is a ***** like they always say and it is sooo true. We went to a bridal show recently and she has decided that…
  • LOl! This one had me confused for a sec myself. I didn't know what the loonie was I was assuming that was the name for the ten until I reread the post. Maybe i should dust off the old resume and see if the walmart is hiring. LOL!
  • I think I am going to have to get better at planning my meals on the weekends. I do really good during the week packing my lunch for work, but it seems like I am eating out of boredom at home on the weekends. That's my worst struggle right now.
  • Lol! well where do I begin? Your post said similar interests, but I'm not too sure we have that much in common other than we both want to lose weight and own a jogging stroller. Although i own mine for a completely different reason than you do. I have a fifty pound English bulldog that I got tired of lugging around the…
