I'm 5'3.5" and 47. Starting weight (beg of Sept): 136lbs Current weight: 130lbs Goal weight: 120lbs (if it doesn't make me look gaunt).

Never heard of it?? Going to look it up now and will report back if I decide to go with it. I really don't do any exercise which is why i usually don't bother with fitness apps. Update: Ok, I've downloaded it but it looks REALLY complicated!! No idea how to use it - do you have to keep it on you at all times?

Hi I'm 5'3.5" and I'm doing IF. On the days I'm not fasting I stick to 1250 cals. Not sure whether my diary is open, but happy to add/be added.

I'm doing IF so I weigh after each fast day. However, I only use my Sunday morning weigh-in to log progress on here. I usually fast on Sunday and Wednesday so logically I should be at my 'heaviest' on Sunday morning.

Pu....when you say "think fats" do you mean eat them or avoid them (or just change them). All those things you've listed are healthy fats right? I do eat nuts, avos and use olive oil for cooking so hope I'm on the right track there.

Ha ha.....I've just started a similar thread! There's no way I can stick to 1200 calories and I don't think it's even healthy to try. I've 'upped' mine to 1500. I tried 1200 for a week and found I'd GAINED weight! I can't believe it and I'm still not sure why? Here's hoping 1500 will suit me better.

Thanks! Did the TDEE calculator and it's coming out at 1243 (after deducting the 20%) so that's probably what I should be sticking to. Ho hum.... Cool....ok will try upping my calories a bit. Is there a way to make my profile accept 1400 otherwise I'll be going over every day which is not what I want to be seeing at the end of every day?
