12lb down already, you're doing well Mark...keep up the good work. I too tend to be behind a desk most days and the weight definitely seems to creep on without you even noticing. but hey - we're on the right track now :smile: :smile:

I do. I've had a couple of bad weeks but i've still logged what I've eaten everyday and also my weight. I have it in my head that weight day is wednesday and no matter what the result it has to be logged every wednesday. I just figure i may as well be realistic.

I'm enjoying reading all these posts - its really informative. I finally figured out today that I've been eating my 1200 calories but then also burning about 4-500 so my net calories are obviously under the 1200. Technically from what i'm reading this isn't enough but I've lost ten pounds so do i keep doing what i'm doing…
