I also have PCOS and it hasn't been that hard to lose weight - though in the beginning it took about 2 weeks to see the first drop on the scale even though I was "perfect". My Dr. suggested that I eat less Carbs (esp. while flower) and Sugars (all the non- natural kind) and I have found that doing so has helped me advance…
