Today was the first day of walking/jogging outside. I completed W2D1... kind of. My ankle started hurting after the the first jogging interval. After that I had to walk at least half of each jogging interval. I think i might need to redo Week 1.

W2D1 complete. My mother had a brilliant suggestion for me. Why not just run in the house? "Just lap around the hallway kitchen and dining room." (How many parents say that?) :noway: I :heart: my mother. She is the biggest part my support system. I'm gonna run in the house because my mom told i could. :laugh:

i also have about 200 lbs to lose. I started at 373 lbs. i lost 40 lbs on my own before joining mfp. i seem to be stuck between 340 - 330 lbs. I could also use the support especially with logging food.

I feel off and now I'm back .. sort of. At least making an effort to track weight and exercise. i find tracking food difficult.

I built up a little bit of a sweat and I still feel it in my calves. So I'd say it worked pretty good. I did to upbeat music. It felt similar to Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds without the dvd.

I just did week 1 day 1 of C25K today. I'm doing mine indoors but i do not owe a treadmill. I just walk/run in place.

Thanks. The original plan was to start on August 1 since my b-day in on July 31. Then i though about it and just didn't want to put it off. so I've accepted that, i will probably go over my calorie goal on the 31st. But I will be right back at on the 1st.

I add it to my oatmeal and sometimes pancake mix. I do better with my calories on the days I eat one of these for breakfast. I lost the most amount of weight when i was eating oatmeal and whey with fruit, almost everyday. (I'm going start doing this again, tomorrow.)

Thanks.I was the same way (even though my hair never really made it past shoulder length.) I understand how you feel about your long hair being a security blanket. But your hair is beautiful how it is anyways.

^^ This!! @BabyGreen 7- Love your long hair but if you really want to go short just do it. I thought about it for a long time before I cut mine. Finally I got tired of thinking about it and just did it.
