Agreed. There could also be some discussion about the legality of recording a private conversation and making it public. Though I am pretty sure that is legal. Maybe unethical, but legal (just like his comments).

He has the right to be a jerk, sure. The NBA also has the right to fine him. I don't get how the fact that racists are legally protected to racist free speech is a part of this conversation. This has nothing to do with his free speech rights.

I have herbalife trauma. My dad was morbidly obese and when I was in Jr High and High school used to walk around wearing an herbalife pin that said LOSE WEIGHT NOW! ASK ME HOW!!! ...it was so embarassing. (he didn't lose weight using herbalife. EVER)

If OP is overweight by a significant amount, it can be done. But if OP is looking to lose 40 total, it might be more realistic to give themselves more time to reach goal.

I don't think you can "build muscle and lose fat" at the same time. When you get to maintenance, it basically turns into a complex dance of how to balance things (in my experience). I found it easier to be losing and focused on losing because once I got to goal weight, it became a bulk and cut cycle. If you want to build…

You need to see a counselor. You need to speak to a professional, not strangers on the web. It sounds like an emotionally abusive relationship, or like you might have body dysmorphia, or some other issues.... What's clear is the situation isn't healthy.

Saying you don't want something in your diet is different than saying it's dangerous and people shouldn't eat it. So let's say you don't want to eat something and you explain why by citing scientific studies showing links between the maligned food item and scary fatal illness....
