  • It has gotten so painful sometimes, my stomach feels like it's about to burst.....I know once I fix this problem, the weight will come off regularly again. I seem to get back up every time I diet...lol.

  • I generally just drink a lot more fluids when I want to binge. I'll eat like 70 calories in saltines and then drink tea or water.....Find a drink that will fill you.
