Good for the guys if they do a predominatley woman filled class. I've seen a lone guy come and do my rebound and step classes. They're welcomed and get to see they're tough classes lol

Its definitley cold, airs a lot crisper, and out come the long sleeved dresses, not quite ready for winter coat though. I work in a really old statley home and the heating doesnt work half the time anyway, Bring on the thermals!!

I joined a gym and book my classes each week, I then think of the money being wasted if I dont go. I usually go straight after work to a class that starts between 6-7pm. oh also on a sunday morning. But I actually miss it if for some reason I cant go. Can appreciate not everyone has the 9-5 hours though. :smile:

standard pub - hunters chicken (chicken, bacon, barbeque sauce & cheese with chips and salad) gorgeous. but on regualr nights I'm very good.

Absolutley, intructor last night kept doing calf raises and jumping jacks total night mare. I wear a sports bra and a tight sports crop top, especially when rebounding. Feel for ya chick.

First concert was the Beach Boys when I was 10 1985 and last one was Powderfinger last year. The guys that do the best concerts are Green Day year before last at Wembley :smile:

The amount of women you see wearing black leggings and you can see their frillies, that makes me cringe. Check your rear view ladies. Perfectly fine if your wearing a long top covering your behind but crop tops and leggings outside of the gym uh oh!!
