Don't let the "loggIng steps by driving" turn you off to Fitbit. You can easily log those steps as driving or riding in a car and they are reset. That being said, I don't go anywhere without mine. Well, as you may or may not know, the Fitbit is not a HRM. It is a daily activity tracker designed to get you up and moving. That being said, I absolutely love mine for that purpose. With in mind, I also have a Polar FT7 that I use just for workouts. So it really depends on which device fits your needs. Hope this helps...

My Polar FT 7 has user changeable batteries for the watch and the chest strap. This was definately a feature I wanted when I was researching HRM's. Some Polar models do not have this feature. Good luck... :)

"Faster" "Climb It" & "Bon Jour" is what I've seen so far today, lol. This past week, I have met my stair goal every day, except today. Now, it's like it wants me to go climbing steps. Lol, I love my Fitbit!

I was diagnosed with this last year. I started doing the recommended foot stretches and all pain was gone after a month or so. Now, I still do the stretches daily and have not had the problem return.

You should see an Orthopedic Dr. I was on my fourth day of Insanity and felt something "pop" in my right calf. I could walk, but could not put any weight on my tip toes of my right leg. Luckily, The Dr. said that I had torn the Plantaris muscle and that it would require no surgery. Definitely get it checked out! Until…
