I have had hypothyroid disease for about 10 yrs now. I was 240ish and have worked my way down to 179. it is not impossible, it just takes a lot of hard work and discipline. I try to eat low Carb and stay within my calories allotted and has worked thus far. I also do plenty of exercising to boot. Not saying this regiment…

I think it all depends on the woman. I'm 5'4" and at my largest my girls were a 42ddd. I am 60 pounds less another 35 pounds til goal and I'm a 36f now. (U.s.a.) I went down drastically in band size and up in cup size..
