  • I think it might just be you and me left posting regularly on here. I skipped Wednesday and it was awful. I felt like a lazy blob and then I did D7L2 last night and it felt amazing. I'm going to my parents' house this weekend to help painting their house so we'll see if I can keep it up. If I do Day 8 tonight and keep it…
  • I liked it a lot. I really wasn't fond of Agent Ward in the first bit but by the end he was growing on me. I also loved Fitzsimmons. The brief appearance of Shepard Book was amazing! I now have another tv show to look forward to every week besides just Supernatural.
  • Day 6 of Level 2 last night. I hate planks.
  • I did D5L2 last night...This is getting easier. I still need to drop my weights once between military presses and chair squats with a shoulder raise. I used to like planks, is anyone else absolutely sick of them after Level 2?
  • I finished D4L2 last night. Holy mother of God. My arms felt like they were going to fall off. I am kind of excited that I will at least be in Level 3 by the time the month is over, which is an improvement over the last time I attempted 30DS.
  • I did D2L2 last night. Wow, that is a workout, for your shoulders especially! I have a problem though, the military presses are making my ankle really hurt. I'm not sure if it hurts because it's getting stronger and is just sore, or if I need to find some way to modify military presses for that leg. All I know is that I…
  • I'm gonna do Level 2 for the first time (this round of 30DS) and I am inexplicably nervous. I know that I liked this level the last time I did it but I can't remember what exercises were in it and its giving me anxiety. I'm sure after I finish it tonight this anxiety will seem pointless, actually, that's a lie. It already…
  • I was finally able to do Day 10! It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be after 4 days off. I think I'll do Level 1 again tomorrow and then move onto Level 2.
  • I haven't done anything since Wednesday because life continues happening and every time I have a little bit of time I am exhausted and miserable from cramps. I hate that it's been four days, especially since I was so close to finishing Level 1. My current plan (not that those have worked the past few days) is to do Day 10…
  • Yesterday was supposed to be Day 10 of Level 1 for me but life happened and I'll be doing it tonight. I'm kind of disappointed that life happened because I was looking forward to moving onto the next level.
  • I finished L1D8 last night. It feels weird to have only 2 days left of Level 1 but it is getting easier. I actually got all the way through the last set of abs last night without a break!
  • I was in my fifth grade class. I remember the teacher turned on the TV and we all sat watching in shock. It was very unusual for my class to be that quiet. I live in Wyoming so it didn't really connect all that well for me that we were being attacked, it just felt very surreal.
  • I just finished L1D7 last night and I wasn't nearly as sore either. From what I remember of Level 2 from last year I liked it a lot better than Level 1. Although, there are always those moves you dread. I usually end up doing the modified version of the moves I don't like.
  • I did L1D5 on Friday, took a break Saturday, did L1D6 on Sunday and I barely felt it the rest of the day. I think I'm finally building up some stamina! Question: Is anyone else sick of hearing the exact same commentary from Jillian day after day? I started playing music on top of the DVD so I could still hear when to…
  • Well, I did L1D4 last night and it was so much easier doing it at night. I don't really wake up in the morning until after my shower so that might be why I was having such motivation issues. I think I will continue working out at night, even though it is less convenient.
  • I know it's a horrible cliche and not worded very well (it has started quite a few arguments worded this way) but muscle weighs more than fat. At least, the way I understand the concept is that you are exercising and building up muscle, which weighs more per square inch than fat. The point of Jillian's workout is that it…
  • This morning I just couldn't convince myself to get up and do the workout so my plan is to do L1D4 tonight before dinner. I'm wondering if maybe evenings will work better for me on a motivation level than mornings.
  • I have to agree with pretty much all the replies. He's barely overweight and skinny doesn't equal healthy. Perhaps if you want him to be healthier you should start with yourself, which you might have done since you're on MFP in the first place. If nothing else you might realize that carbs are not the enemy. Also, stop…
  • I did L1D3 this morning. The cardio is still killing me. I don't know about any of you but in that last set of abs when she says something about a knot in your stomach I have to rest for a second. This thread is an awesome idea simply because I feel like someone might notice if I didn't do the workout that day and would…
  • L1D2 done this morning. I had to drag myself out of bed and keeping pushing through the desire to collapse on my couch but I did it. I despise the lateral raises. My arms feel like they're gonna fall off in the middle of them.
  • I did L1D1 earlier tonight. The cardio kicked my butt more than I thought it would and I was already breathing hard in the first 5 minutes but I feel good! I'm hoping it won't hurt too much in the morning because I'm going to try for doing my workout before work, which won't leave very much time between those initial two…
  • I'm Kinzie. I'm 22. I've tried doing 30DS before but I only got half way through Level 2. I've been stalled out at about 147 for months now and I'm tired of it so I've decided to try 30DS again. I know from last time that I do best at consistent exercising if I have someone holding me accountable and exercising with me.…
  • That is awesome. Congrats!
  • Honestly, is there anyone that has a good argument that supports the decision? Because I'm not sure it exists and the judge is going to have a really hard time justifying her decision when (not if) she's asked without also using ridiculously flawed "Christian" logic like that in the decision. Edit to clarify.
  • I definitely live off of leftovers for a large portion of the week.
  • Oh man, if I knew anything at all about stealing or posting gifs, I would steal this one.
  • I'm totally posting here just so I can see the ones that are blocked at work later on.
  • I love Comic Con, don't you? You just learn so many interesting things. Like it's rumored that they're gonna bring back Gabriel!!!! Also, Jim Beaver hinted on his Facebook/Twitter that Bobby's gonna be back too! AND Charlie's gonna be back! There's just so much Supernatural related news!
  • This really was funny and surprisingly accurate with the exception of wine. I have yet to find wine I like. I would also NEVER recommend trying to mix the two, it tastes like cough syrup, and my mom, who does like wine, would back me up on that.
