I'm in the same boat. Several years ago I was at my lowest (150) and was struggling for that last 10 lbs to my goal and then I lost motivation and started slipping. Now I'm back at my highest and have 60 lbs to lose to get to goal weight instead of just 10. It's very frustrating.

Hi @amyjoi16 I don't know if you ever got an answer, but I've had one for about a year and my understanding is that if you're wearing it, it's on. But I think they've also got new straps, so maybe it has an actual on/off button now?

I noticed that red meat has pretty much been taken out of my routine. The few times I have eaten red meat it's never been very satisfying. Mostly I eat chicken or fish, although lately I seem to be eating a lot of vegetarian options instead.

You have got to be joking. Seriously. Please be a troll, if not please do some research...hell, Wikipedia would probably be better than 50 Shades of Abuse.

I don't really understand all the hype behind Breaking Bad, particularly the ending, I watched the entire series and was really disappointed by the ending. I have gone on rants before about how disappointing the ending was to me and yet everyone who watched the show lauded it as an amazing "perfect" ending. I also don't…

I like your profile pic. Those are some awesome heels! I am definitely interested. Edit: I just saw the post about the group being full. But if anyone ends up dropping out, I'm still going to be interested!

Same. Ah well, maybe next time.

I would love to have Adipose...as long as there was someone responsible as the nurse because someone irresponsible ends super badly.
-
We're still around, we're just very very inactive on this group. lol I'll send you a FR because that's proved to be the best way to have fangirl friends.

Usually apple ale, although last time I tried apple ale with a little Guinness on top, that was pretty delicious.

I was interviewing to be a criminal defense lawyer's assistant and they wanted to know if I was alright with drinking because the office liked to go out for drinks and they dealt with a lot of drunk clients. I said sure I was alright with it but I don't really drink myself. It got super awkward after that. I didn't get…

Any kind of heat. It sounds a little strange but just pressing my hand over the cramp usually helps a little, a cat in your lap is better though.

Hersey's Dark Chocolate Kisses at 20 calories per kiss. But really any dark chocolate will do.

Those scenes were a kick in the feels. I really liked his scenes with Cas.

FR sent. I enjoy Teen Wolf but it's just one of those shows you get really frustrated with because they never do what you want them to do.

I used to get "How much have you lost now?" A vague would never satisfy either, they wanted exact pounds. Now I get, "You're so skinny!" Umm I'm just barely squeaking by a healthy weight, in fact some days I'm technically overweight and I've been stuck here for months. I am in no way, shape or form, "so skinny."

I really expected this thread to be from the Hannibal fandom. Of course, they don't discriminate by religion, they just care if you're rude.

I don't think Netflix and other streaming sites ruined the way we watch TV and interact with others about TV, I think it just changed it. Sure, you've got to worry about spoilers but if you're watching a show as it comes out you still get that feeling of sharing big moments, even if you watched it a day or so later. You…

This made a rather dismal day a little bit better. RDJ is awesome.

Don't Fear the Reaper - Blue Oyster Cult (Because then you can pretend you're running from a Reaper.) Highway to Hell - AC/DC Back in Black - AC/DC Rock of Ages - Def Leppard Honestly, there's way too much good music in this show to mention all of them, but the Supernatural wiki has a list of all the songs played in each…

Well, I forgot to say the other day, but I've done Day 5 Level 3 (on Thursday). I intended to do Day 6 yesterday but didn't end up having time. I don't know if I'll have time today either (a change of work schedule so now I work all day Saturday) but hopefully tomorrow.
-
I did Day 4 Level 3 last night. I seem to be incapable of working out on weekends...anyway, I don't expect I'll have time to do Day 5 tonight but I'll be able to tomorrow.
-
Day 3 Level 3 last night! I'm not as sore as after the first two days.
-
Wow, that's awesome!!! I'm looking forward to figuring out inches because my weight doesn't seem to be moving at all. On a side note, Day 2 Level 3 finished last night. I am so sore, I like it!
-
Oops lol level 3.
-
Day 1 Level 10...that felt like it was over faster than normal.
-
I agree. I think she barely ever does any stretches at the end and the ones she does do are as basic as you get.
-
Well, I just finished level two tonight. I don't know if it was that mentality or what but it felt a lot easier. Although I did prove to myself that eating dinner and not just a snack before working out is not a good idea.
-
I did L2Day9 tonight. It was still hard but I felt less like falling flat on my face during the planks so, progress!

I am horrible about exercising over the weekend, especially if I'm doing something or going somewhere, so, despite my plans I did not workout Friday, Saturday, OR Sunday. It was awful and I had the munchies all weekend so I probably could have used some exercise. I don't seem to be over the munchies yet either as I agreed…
