same here as well when i was around 12 weeks and during exercise afterwards. i'm now at 28 weeks and feel it when I jog or walk fast. try to take it easy and make sure with the dr ( obviously, i hate when people give me that advice like i don't already know, but it kinda needs to be said i guess )

Look forward and don't beat yourself up! Plus, work out a little extra today so you feel better about it!

Hey Amanda, did they end up being contractions? Let us know!!

Good luck ladies!! I read that chicken, popcorn and almonds are good fertility food! It's worth a try :)

my first tri was awful! I could only keep down ice cream and other cold foods pretty much. I hated it. After about 15 weeks it got a lot better but i still can't go more than a few hours without eating or I feel like I'm going to puke or pass out!

I lost about 40 pounds as well before I got pregnant with this little guy (#1) but atfer about 6 weeks in I really had to force myself. I didn't get much halfway-decent workouts in until I entered my second tri and now that i'm in my third i'm feeling the fatigue set in again. Just remember not to over-do it. If you get…

The anxiety is normal, especially when such circumstances are behind it! I would say do your best to RELAX! It may be too early for a doppler to pick up your baby's hb just yet, but I say definitely invest in one for the future. I was able to hear my baby at 16 weeks and it really reassured me. I literally listened to his…

I'll add you as well! 28 weeks and counting here

I take a whey/protein powder mixed with bananas and PB2 every morning during the week. You have to be careful though, because a lot of protein powders contain artificial sweeteners. I used them just about every day for 2 years or so before getting pregnant and it's more or less a normal part of my diet. My dr said it was…

I was using the Prenatal Multi plus DHA Softgel for a while but nausea forced me over to the gummies, which i enjoy taking more and never forget them now since it's like a treat!

I started having nausea as soon as I was 5 weeks pregnant. It continued a few weeks into my second tri but now I am 27 weeks entering my third trimester and don't have anymore nausea. The sore boobs and nipples have not gone away just yet either ( worse when it's cold and I live in washington!) . My main issues at this…

well after doing more research and getting the support to do it from my husband I've already contacted a woman and set everything up! I don't think I could do it myself by any means.

ditto. haha!

I heard about this a few months ago and immediately knocked it. Now that i'm getting closer to having my baby here I started researching it pretty randomly and strangely enough I think I'm on board with it too. Are most doctors OK with this? I haven't talked to mine about it yet. After reading about the benefits and…

Everett, WA for one more year!

I looked up the website and no i'm trying to convince my husband it's a good investment as well. I'm 26 weeks, so I think now should be a good time to start right?

This is really good to know, considering they cost an arm and a leg!

Forgive my ignorance, but what is Hypnobabies? Is it a DVD? I think I need it.

I'm the same exact as you rubyann. I was finally enjoying me six pack just to see it quickly melt away, but I'm so happy to be pregnant. We just have to get in the mindset of " I did it once I can do it again!". I've reached my weight before I started all the losing which is so insanely discourging but I know as soon as…

I'm at 26 weeks, gained about 26 pounds. lost two this past week though. Trying to stay below 35 for the grand total!!

The FDA has apparently deemed Stevia safe during pregnancy. I think it's just a matter of preference. I use it every so often in my greek yogurt. If you check out the american pregnancy association website they have a pretty good little blurb about which sweeteners are OK!

I love this!!! thank you :)

I'm seeing a doctor, but also getting other advice. is that so bad? and for the record... i'm in the navy, so i have to see navy doctors... I need all the help and info I can get..

I'm trying to figure out my options right now as well as far as weight gain during pregnancy. I read that at the beginning you eat only an additional 300 calories, and at the end an additional 450 calories, obviously eating healthy and making sure you are getting the right vitamins via prenatals and food. If you workout…
