I'm sure that eating more with persistent exercise may help the scale move down but I have never done it. I don't even reach my daily calorie goal now as it is but I eat healthy and I'm full throughout the day - I'm not going to force myself to eat if I'm not hungry. I work out daily and I'm losing at a steady pace.

Thank goodness my family is very supportive. My husband will help me prepare my own meals and if I visit family, they make sure that food for me is available. I can't imagine them not being supportive, that would be really frustrating!

Propel powder packets added to a 16.9 oz bottle of water. I drink water ALL DAY and I love it! Try them, the grape and kiwi strawberry are the best :) Also, Crystal Light has some wonderful flavors.

My abdomen, then legs, then face, then arms. My hips aren't going anywhere, I've embraced that :)

I am currently 23.4% and my husband is about 16% AKA sexy beast!

12:41 pm (EST) - 425 cals. A bowl a Special K for breakfast and a large salad for lunch.

Exactly. If you've getting enough protein from other sources, you don't need protein shakes.

I understand what you're trying to say. Most people make thoughtless decisions about what they put into our bodies and our society has become accustomed to that and you're right - that's why people get fat. They don't take the time to gather information on the foods they're eating. Good post.

I agree. BMI charts put me at overweight (BMI of 25). I'm short - 5'2" but I'm muscular and my legs are nicely defined. If you're happy and healthy - that's all that matters :)
