For the entire first week, I thought I was going to die, literally. I still dislike her, but her workouts are extremely effective. You will be very sore, so don't overdo it.

I personally dislike JM but her workouts are incredibly effective. I stick with Tony Hortons Power90 and JMs 30 Day Shred because I know I'll get results :)

I won't say not to see a nutritionist but your time would probably be better spent on a medical website that will give you the same information. Like others mentioned, any processed food is loaded with sodium, I try to stay away from the bulk of it. Eating fresh fruit and veggies is your best bet :)

The better I eat, the better I feel :) I'm currently at 136 with an ultimate goal weight of 120. I don't deprive myself, but I don't binge either. If I want something sweet, I'll opt for a Special K bar - no guilt :)

Cleaning is definitely moving around, but I wouldn't categorize it as physical exercise. I've just recently started running and I'm running 3x a week. As a beginner, I'm proud of that. I'm doing about 1.5 miles and I'm working my way up slowly. I have fibromyalgia and RA so I'm really freaking proud of being able to run that!

I don't usually check the diary of my friends, I don't know of anyone that does. If it's in your diary, that means you already ate it and there's nothing anyone can say to you to prevent it. Instead, try posting what you plan to eat before eating, it's likely that your friends will chime in :) Hope this helps!

If you're able to eat fruits, you should juice them! You'll be getting a good amount of daily vitamins and nutrients plus you can throw a few ice cubes in and it makes a cold treat :)
