A few things help me out: -pre log if possible. If I know where I'm going I will look up nutrition facts beforehand and log it. -eat a small meal before. This way I will eat less out and not be as hungry. -snacks. Keeping a protein bar, granola, a banana, or even gum on hand at all times so if I don't have time for a small…
