Hi Melladell, I am (apparently, had to convert from the metric system :smile: ) 5 f 44 and weight 166.6 pounds ... way to heavy. I would like to be 130 and if this could be before the summer, super! 1200 is easy, but then I am not doing any exercise at the moment.. I'll start that next week
