  • Awesome! Keep up the effort!
  • Nicely done everyone!!! From the 7 of the members left on the spreadsheet, a total of 81.6 pounds were lost during the Halloween challenge. Not bad at all! I had hoped to lose 17, but fell shy of my goal by only losing 9. However, it's 9 pounds I no longer have on my frame, so it's a win!
  • Great job getting your body fat % down!!! Awesome! Do not even sweat what weight you gain while lifting. It's muscle, which is toned and will make ya look dead sexy! Have you ever seen what 10# of fat looks like compared to 10# of muscle? While it weighs the same, muscle takes up less space. Keep up the great work!!!
  • Congrats on that loss, aefallis! I myself have been stuck at the same weight for 3 consecutive weigh ins now. I thought for SURE this week I would show a drop, but my body has other plans. While I most likely will not make my initial goal...as connect2carrie said, "as loss is still a loss" :)
  • It seems I've lost my momentum. Not cool. At this rate, it will just about impossible to make my goal by Halloween.
  • Rambo, aka husband comes home this weekend. He's a carbo loader and won't gain a thing. I even sniff carbs and gain, so it should be interesting. I'm hoping that my energy will come back. I need to move more.
  • So far so good! :) Could be better, but it could also be much worse. ;) Last week was slow going due to TOM, this week I just feel drained. Spent Saturday night in the ER with my son. He wiped out on friend's dirt bike, of which I had no clue that's what they were doing. After xrays and CT scan, Dr came to diagnose…
  • Looks like we have quite a few members that need to be moved over to the inactive page. :/ Upshot is, it will make the spreadsheet less crowded and easier to read. LOL :D
  • Weighed in already for tomorrow. -3 *happy dance*
  • Everyone should give themselves a break from the guilt every now and again. Too much and it has a way of wearing one down. Keep your sunny side up! :)
  • WHOLLY EXERCISE HOURS BATMAN!!! :) Good on you! That's AWESOME!!! School has begun here already. A lot of my fitbit steps this week were from trying to get the house back in some order after insane summer. As for me, I lost 2# this first week of the challenge. I am hoping that my body cooperates and keeps up this rate…
  • Looking forward to our first week weigh in! :)
  • I too added my info. However, as I stated before the columns are not adding up.
  • Is there a certain way we are supposed to add our info to spreadsheet so it will update the numbers correctly? There are some that are not like the others and the bottom numbers do not appear to be adding up.
  • Long live the RKC Hardstyle Swing!
  • Hey all, my name is Regina/WickedStitch. Halloween is my fave, autumn is my season! My goal is to lose 20# by Halloween. While I've done relatively well this summer, I could have done better. We don't usually go anywhere, so no big plans but we always decorate and dress up....Wicked Stitch of course is always a Witch! :)
  • I use an app Calories Burned Calculator on my phone, it lists all kinds of different workouts. I like it because it's the first one that lists kettlebell! You enter your weight, time exercised and type of exercise and it calculates how many calories you burned.
