I work really early and cannot eat anything for several hours after getting up or I feel awful. I think it depends on each individual. If I'm hungry i'll eat, if not hell no :tongue:

I have no idea. I can barely make 1000, and net is usually in the negative. I feel ok and get plenty of vitamins so pfft whatever. Love the haters cos you need someone to make fun of :smooched:

I know 3 women that had it done. two are re-gainin the weight rather quickly, but one got obsessed and is getting sickly looking and scary.

sing, dance, cook, and flirt. usually all at the same time. read alot when I have downtime, draw fanart and write fanfiction.

I'm off for summers, so people asked me when I got back to work cos I had dropped 30+ lbs since April, and I just told them I was eating less and moving more.

Heaviest= 235-no good reason my son was 17 Lightest = 96 on my 18th bday, looked like a crackhead but swear I wasn't! Now= 207 Goal = 140 and I'm 5'3"

hmmm..I don't know the nature of your disability, so I don't think I can say move more and really mean it. I think 1200 is good if you can't move too much, but maybe a "sit and be fit" thing?

Oh poor thing I get that from work! OUCH!! I dit flat and flex my legs and pull my toes toward me, but I also got z-coil shoes (ugliest things EVER) and within a week the pain was gone! I hear that crocs (alos butt-ugly) work too, and cos way less.

aw no just remember it takes time and effort. I get really pissed when it doesn't happen fat, but I just keep my spirits up and do my best :) Either way, I bet your beautiful so there :tongue:

it took months for me to notice my clothes getting too baggy to wear, but the feeling better took a few days, and I loved that feeling! I have been and still do get very discouraged, especially since I'm working out for 2+hours a day and nearly not eating some days, but it's still worth the "feeling" for me :)

I stay motivated by getting rid of clothes as soon as they get loose, and by remembering why I want to be healthier. I "fall off the wagon" sometimes, but the wagon doesn't get too far away that I can't run and jump back on! Don't beat yourself up, enjoy the moment and make the next one better for you! ((hugs))
