It is very fun but I do not think it is the cardio that we all look for. I used to take classes when I lived in The Netherlands. Loved it mainly for more overall balance.

I always get asked are you exercising? Duh yes I love it can't live without it now. People always give me the same excuse.....Oh well I am too busy I work full time.......yeah and sooo.......I do too and I fit it in everyday....

I would not watch it. I lived almost 5 years in Holland and there were always those missing alerts on tv and it was always teens backpacking and last seen at a Hostel.........creepy!!!

I won't sit here and say it is easy, because basically it is a lifestyle change, and it is a way of life, I hate the word DIET. The one thing for sure is it doesn't happen overnight but with consistency and diligence you will make it and be healthier for it. I always say people think too much. Don't over think just do it…

You bite it you write it!!! They have calories and the logging is so important to know where you are in your caloric consumption. Other than plain water I don't consider any food a "free food" IMHO

Actually bread is really not the enemy, the enemy is what we choose for our bread. Whole grain bread in moderation is good. It is a carb yes and it seems carbs have become an evil entity to most. Plain and simple you can survive a longtime without food but you will die without water. I get dehydrated I get a migraine. i drink minimum 10 glasses a day.

Not expensive at all. You save tons of $$$ by not getting prepared boxed over processed unhealthy foods. And even more if you make it yourself and not do the dining out thing. I love preparing my meals now. :-)

I got one and am glad. MFP is not spot on with cals. Sometimes there is a huge difference. I normally take my HRM reading and MFP if they are close add them and divide by 2 for the average. But some activites on here are way to high in cals burned.

Yes I gave up diet sodas and the refined sugars. I use Stevia for everything. I drink water mainly, or green tea and my protein shakes. Also love to make kool aid using stevia and that is a big treat for me now LOL
