HI Everyone! I joined the summer challenge and September challenges and met my goals. These challenges are really helpful for me. Looking forward to losing another 6 pounds during October!

I bought a microwave egg poacher. So in 90 seconds I have 2 poached eggs and 1 piece of wheat toast. (I cut it in half to put one egg on each half) Delish, filling and quick! Microwave poacher was $4.99 at the grocery store. Great change from my weekday cereal.

I count my fish oil in my calories with my breakfast each morning. It has 15 calories and 1.5 grams of fat so I log it.

Congartulations! I went back to school this week. I lost 17 pounds this summer and I have been nervous about returning too! I managed the first 2 days, but our big breakfast is Tuesday- yikes! Thank you for sharing! I hope I can have the same will power and energy next week!

Applebys have the fit menu and 555 calorie options with a protein and 2 delicious veggies, grilled zucchini, asparagus and spaghetti squash. I had a wonderful meal there during vacation. Or I look to get grilled fish or chicken and then choose veggies for the sides. There are good options on most menus. Enjoy your dinner!!

I love my coffee! I would not give it up. I have 2 cups in the morning and a cup after work. I have changed to fat free half and half or skim milk.

Hi stpetegirl! I am 45, will be 46 in August. It is nice to talk with 40 something people! It is harder to lose now. Like you I don't act my age! My kids are always reminding me of that!

I use Maple farms fat free. There is poppy seed and rasberry vinegerette. Both are really good. Other fat free flavors too. I eat a different dressing each day to keep a variety.
