I know the feeling of not wanting anyone to see you. I never liked going to the beach and wearing a swim suit. Only recently did I finally wear a swim suit and at first it wasn't bad but after a while you don't really mind it anymore. It feels sort of empowering almost, but I think I'll feel better when I lose the weight.
