It's always worth it to look! You paid for it didn't you? How worth it are your goals? You have to be hungry for change! If you can't find your cardio DVD, go do some running or something. Ahhhhh!! I know those pains!!! Shakeology really helped to curb my sweet tooth, please it IS sweet so it's a great healthy night snack if needed. Over time it helps to lessen those cravings. Been drinking it for months now, you gotta try it!! :)
