  • I also did research as to whether a morning workout or an afternoon workout is better for you. And apparently it doesnt matter so much. Morning workouts are convenient as most ppl tend to stick to it as its first thing in the morning and you dont have to contend with as many factors eg. coming home from a long day at work…
