Its been mentioned that you should grind it before eating to make it digestible, but no one has mentioned that it makes a great replacement for whole eggs in other recipes. 2.5 tbsp of ground flax and 3 tbsp (approximately) is roughly equal to to one whole egg. Perfect if you want to start reducing cholesterol in baking.
