personally, i would try and find a lingerie store that offers a bra fitting service and get it done there, lots of these stores are now stocking sports bras these days (certainly over in the uk at least), another thing to remember is that not all manufacturers use the same measurements for their sizing, i discovered this…

bless him, he cares about you, as i'm sure you do about him. i'd point out to him that you are making yourself healthy so that when he has grandkids you are able to run around and look after them as best as you can. if he's anything like my dad the mere thought of grandkids would put a huge twinkle in his eye

i think they should lower the cost of sports bras as an incentive to buy them (i need new ones but eek the price to replace them all)

have a look on youtube several classes have posted videos on there so you'll get an idea of ages sizes etc, zumba is certainly for all ages, and people will be too busy doing their own thing to notice if you are younger, bigger, skinnier, huffing more than they are

a true friend would check your diary and see that you've had a good day and eaten your daily goal and congratulate you anyway

i feel for amy's family i truely do, but i admit to having little sympathy for amy herself, whilst i know that addiction is hard to beat, she had so many chances to turn her life around and had a much stronger support network than a lot of other addicts do and she wasted those chances and i think this is a great shame. but…

if you have a morrisons near you try them for fresh meats and fish, their fish is really good value and the meat is on a par with other places but they often do different cuts or pre marinaded pieces for a bit of a difference, plus they also do a lot of the fruit and veg loose rather than pre packed i used to always shop…

lush, but only in certain contexts. when talking about foliage etc. its fine as is when talking about drinkers. but here in the uk people use it to describe something nice "oh wow that dress is lush" and i can honestly say i've almost throttled my best mates several times because they use this word in that context. its the…

am i the only one worried about being in an old folks home when i'm older and instead of the good old songs that the oldies like to hear at the moment we are all going to be trying to do chair aeobics, tea dances and sing alongs to the likes of eminem, beyonce, ndubz etc, we're either going to have heart attacks or get hit…

morrisons have got cherries in at the moment £1 for 250g and there were no stalks on them!!!!! but i agree it can be more pricey i don't have a local green grocer in my town just the supermarket and everything there is pre packaged which drives me nuts knowing that there is a good chance that half the packet won't be eaten…

mix some runny honey with some mustard powder and a bit of low sodium soy sauce to help liquify it a bit (not too much) then brush/spoon onto the chicken breasts and bake in an oven till cooked, you can wrap it in foil or keep it open, but it does tend to caramelize if left open
