In the food diary section there is a recipe tab where you can add your own recipes. You add your ingredients there and how many servings.

The only time I've been offended was when they were blatantly in a worse place than myself weight wise. I've had to have my birth control changed due to where I sit on that blasted bmi chart, which I don't mind as this one suits me better, but I do get frustrated when the go to cure for anything is you need to loose…

I do circuit training 3 days a week and since adding a mobility class into my schedule I've found it invaluable and my favourite class. I suffer less injuries and I'm now more aware of how my body moves and can identify flaws in my form on free weights much easier now due to more awareness. You might not notice the…

the hairy dieters books are quite good, have made some nice things out of those (must dig them out again actually) i tend to use magazines more than books, yes they cost more but you get new recipes every month so no stagnation. my old favourite is healthy food guide (they actually have a load of recipes online but its not…

simple analogy if a car is running out of gas it doesn't run well, put fuel in the car and it functions so much better, your body is a car, put some gas it it so it can run better

i might be wrong but 176lb isnt an unreasonable weight for a 6ft something male. i wouldn't be surprised if the additional exercise doesn't help with the problem areas on its own by adding definition. please ensure you do consume enough calories to sustain you.

always happy to be added. i'm in cheshire

tesco sell venison burgers too, tesco often have some really nice bits of venison in general but that can be pricey but often found in the whoops section as people don't like the idea of eating bambi lol

i'm a big believer of if you have to ask the question you already know the answer in situations like this. it could work out, you're not breaking any laws, but you're going to want different things out of life and are going to face a lot of opposition. personally why not just get to know her at the gym, and be a friend…
