i'm a big believer of if you have to ask the question you already know the answer in situations like this. it could work out, you're not breaking any laws, but you're going to want different things out of life and are going to face a lot of opposition. personally why not just get to know her at the gym, and be a friend…

hello fellow ibs sufferer. unfortunatley ibs is a rather individual condition, everyone will have their own symptoms and their own triggers, for me i'm not the constipated sort of ibs sufferer, which meant that when i was first diagnosed i lost a stone in a fortnight, through talks with my doctors we soon realised my main…

i would say yes, certainly in the racing environment, both people are trying to go as fast as they can over the allotted distance, just because someone has more experience/training/support doesn't mean they have to put less effort in, physically they may be more prepared for the effort that is required so it may appear…

yes its suitable for a beginner, you can use it as a walking program, essentially all it does is motivate you to get out there and doing something, i downloaded it today and went out straight away, i haven't ran for a few months but i was surprised at how well hearing a zombie behind you and somebody shouting run gets you…

the general rule of thumb is if its a head cold then its fine to exercise, but if its on the chest its best to rest. but everyone is different, if you really want to exercise then go for it, but be aware you may have to go lighter than usual. i've had a head cold since friday and in theory should have been fine to exercise…

i wouldn't have taken the coat, i'm also hoping the school did attempt to teach him a lesson and put him in a very unfashionable coat (or even better a girls) that didn't fit properly, that way he'd make sure the coat was never forgotten again (lost property at my school never had anything nice in it)
