i love a nap, but it must be on the sofa, i can't nap in bed unless i'm ill, but just put me on the sofa with some lame daytime tv (murder she wrote or similar) and its bliss just to nod off for a couple of hours

i use a hrm to monitor my cals and created an exercise for each kinect game i use then just add the time and cals burnt as i use them, not sur if that helps or not

me!!! i never run with music on, i run on and near roads and the drivers round here aren't exactly brilliant, i really need to be able to hear them, plus i like to hear the birds chattering away, i run outside to enjoy the outdoors why shut half of that enjoyment out

oh hell, i started week 5 this week and hadn't looked at each work out, i'm glad i spotted this, not sure if i'm ready for a 20 minute run yet, in theory i should be i was running 20 mins before starting c2k5 (was trying to stop myself going too far too fast), but now i'm scared lol

smaller plates worked for me, tricked my mind into thinking i'd eaten more. also eat using chopsticks (obviously some meals are easier than others) it takes longer so the body has more time to register the food you have eaten. chewing your food lots helps also again for the time reason plus digestion starts in the mouth so…
