Cool so it does get easier? my 2nd day and still the last set of jumping jacks are a killer for me. I love the abs and weight parts though no problem there.

Day 1 was tough for me, I do hate jumping jacks. I will do it Sunday thru Friday next week and see what happens. Also I am 60 not 20 might be why I am having a tougher time. But I have motivation to stay young and fit.

I am on my first day, got through it, but had to modify my jumping jacks. And def will be sore, but willing to push past it.

Thanks ladies, I am glad I found this site, keeping the food diary is awesome. I can look up the calories before I indulge, and it keeps me from eating too much.

I am currently in wk 2 of my 6 wk walk challenge, after that I am planning on doing the 30 day shred straight through, I did it once before but it was too hard for me and I was in so much pain.
