My struggle is sweet. I have to have something sweet for breakfast and sweet to end my meal. I am able to stick to my 1200 cal diet now that I am off from work. when I start again will be a real challenge. So far I lost 3 lbs as of today:happy:

This is my 3rd day. I started with 153 lbs, and I am now 150.5 lbs. getting there. Have some body aches from exercise but the result is great.

My goal is to lose total of 30 lbs. I want to do it slowly, maybe 1 to 2 lbs a week. I started my 1200 calorie diet yesterday. today is my 2nd day and I lost 2 lbs. I am sure that that is only water.I plan to workout at lest 3 to 5 times a week for an hour. I must say good luck to all!
