  • I want to lose 40 lbs, too. I plan to do it by changing my lifestyle to be more active (as it used to be when I was younger and HAD time as opposed to needing to MAKE time) and making healthier meal choices/generally eating less/breaking the stress-eating cycle.
  • I bought mine through Verizon! And I LOVE it. It is incredible being able to track how active I am in an average day vs. when I exercise (which is more often since I got it!). And I really think the sleep stuff is cool too. And the charge lasts a really long time.

  • Thank you! By manually entering my calorie allowance on MFP I am able to get them close, but FitBit seems to adjust much more on a per-day basis so it won't ever be perfect. I'll go with the lower as well and see what happens. :)
  • So, when I am looking at the tracker on my phone that says I have so many calories left for the day- am I shooting for that number? Or do I want a deficit?
