  • From what I understand, fat stores hormones, and as you burn fat the hormones are released and that makes everything crazy. I've been dealing with the same thing!

  • I would choose the Fajita Pita-- minus the cheese. The veggies are low in calories and filling. I'm sure the meat is grilled, so either would be fine although I'd probably pick the chicken because you don't know how lean a cut the steak is. Have fun!!

  • There are 16 tablespoons in a cup, so if you used 1 tablespoon you used 1/16 of a cup. Divide that out, and it is .06 of a cup. Hope that helps :-)

  • We just purchased the Xbox Kinect this weekend-- I bought the dance game, and it is definitely a good workout. I estimated my calories burned by comparing it to walking or stretching. We also bought the Your Shape-- it kicked my *kitten*! I love it! And the calories are tracked for you!
