I've been using my Body MediaFit for about a month, and MFP for over 2 years. Since using the body media, I do not log any exercise on MFP, I only use it to log my foods. I've been using it so long that I didn't even try out the database on Body Media's website. They sync perfectly, but I don't pay attention to any extra…

that's awesome!! I did something similar the other day... I had been worried about the 20 minute run for sooo long.. I'd always stop at the end of week 4... One day somewhere in week 4, I had a "I'm gonna keep going" minute and ran a 10 minute mile. So after a couple days of that, I decided to try the 20 minute run. I was…

I started here in October 2010.. I slowed down after I had lost about 110lbs, but was losing about 5 lbs per month for a few months until I had lost 140lbs. Since January, I'm only down 9 lbs. Slowed WAY down. My measurements still change, but the weight stays the same. It's SO frustrating!! I just upped my calories this…

I looked thru a few days of your diary, and you are making really good choices as far as the types and varieties of foods you are eating. I'm not an expert, and everyone is different... but I'll tell you what I have been doing. *I eat my exercise calories.. at least some of them.. every day. When I tried not eating them…

I am having the same experience as Mamasyd.. When I first started out, 10-12 lbs per month was average. As I got closer to 1 year and 120lbs, it started slowing down to about 6-8lbs per month. I don't mind that much that it is slowing down, because the slower you go, the better chance your skin will tighten up too. That's…

When I first started out, I'd just say that I would have some in a little bit. And then I never would, and they'd forget. I've been doing it so long now that people don't even think twice about it anymore.

You can do it either way. Like most things, there is a lot of nutrition in the skins. Some find the skin a little tough, but I always leave it on :-)

<--Fringe fanatic!! I'm totally pissed at Fox for not allowing Hulu to play past episodes until 8 days after it airs. I usually watched it Friday night and then again on Saturday morning. It is available many places online, and if Fox wants people to resort to watching it "illegally", so be it. Although, I think you can…
