I'm really lucky in that I live just over a mile from work. I ride my bike or walk almost every day. If I happen to drive, I workout in the evenings :-)

We make healthy foods our priority. We don't spend much going out to movies or attractions, and we shop sales. I had the same problem!! I don't use it anymore either. I have a Brita Pitcher at home that I use to fill my 64oz bottle that I take to work. I drink 2 of those a day :-)

I think tea is great for you. I drink it hot every day. However, I wouldn't drink the bottled teas, as they have unnecessary calories. You can make a pitcher of iced tea at home and not only save a bunch of money, but save all those calories! Pick up a refillable bottle and you're good to go :-)

I usually do smoothies too.. depending on how many calories I need, I may add peanut butter to it. I'm in that boat tonight.. I was just at my calories for the day, then I went and burned 400 cals, and had to make it up. I don't lose weight unless I try to eat back my exercise calories, so it's defiantly necessary for me.

We make it with Tahini, but also add hot peppers, spices, and red bell peppers into the mix... Spicy, and sooo good :-) I use it on sandwich rounds with eggs for breakfast a lot..or with veggies or the kashi roasted red pepper crackers. Its a great substitute for mayo/mustard etc on sandwiches, too!

Grats on your success!! I didn't tell people right away. I stopped eating out at lunch and just said I was trying to save money. I stopped drinking the Mcdonald's large sweet tea, and said I didn't want all the sugar. But after a while, the weight loss got to be very noticeable. Right around the 20-25lb mark is when people…
