  • I like the shakes and use them as part of my diet. It is working for me. It's making me think about my healthy meal choices for my other meals as well as healthy snacks. I believe different diets work for different people. You have to find something that works for you.

  • Hi It's a British meal replacement. It's quite rapid and you are not supposed to do it all the time. I alternate with real food as I cannot live on liquids alone! It's not a tasty slimfast shake but it works for me! Off skiing in a week and my ski outfit is a little snug! Good luck x
